Returns and Exchange Policy

All goods that leave our warehouse pass quality control and are in perfect condition‭. ‬But mistakes can happen‭, ‬and here at Yume we are committed to your satisfaction.

‬So‭, ‬if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase‭, ‬simply return it to us in its original condition within 30‭ ‬days from receiving and we shall exchange it or refund you the purchase price‭. ‬If we determine that the return is due to a defective product or due to an error on our part‭, ‬we will also refund the delivery charge.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, you need to e-mail us at hello@yumecompany with a photo image of the damage, if possible. 


Returning Unused Items by Mail‭:‬

  1. Please email us at hello@yumecompany.com‭ - ‬let us know your order number‭, ‬the item(s‭) ‬that you are returning and the reason for the return‭.‬

  2. Please indicate whether you would prefer a refund to the account originally used or an exchange‭.

  3. State the delivery address for your exchange‭.‬

Once the above information is received, our Customer Care representative will send you the emails with the next steps.
