Returns and Exchange Policy
All goods that leave our warehouse pass quality control and are in perfect condition. But mistakes can happen, and here at Yume we are committed to your satisfaction.
So, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 30 days from receiving and we shall exchange it or refund you the purchase price. If we determine that the return is due to a defective product or due to an error on our part, we will also refund the delivery charge.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, you need to e-mail us at hello@yumecompany with a photo image of the damage, if possible.
Returning Unused Items by Mail:
Please email us at email@example.com - let us know your order number, the item(s) that you are returning and the reason for the return.
Please indicate whether you would prefer a refund to the account originally used or an exchange.
State the delivery address for your exchange.
Once the above information is received, our Customer Care representative will send you the emails with the next steps.
